I felt very much at home as soon as I walked through the front door of the office. The staff treated me as if they knew me and you could tell they really do care about their residents. Thanks for all the special care that you provide everyone here at Parkway Lakeside as well as our pets. My two dogs love their new home, too.

It is great living at Parkside. I enjoy the amenities and how you feel like you are part of a community. The staff gives attention to the residents and works hard to give this community a family feel and also provides quick turnaround in maintenance. The maintenance supervisor is awesome and you never worry about wondering if a call for repair will be answered. We are not people that really enjoys apartment living but this residential community has given us a change of heart. We enjoy our stay here and plan to remain here for the duration of our time in Illinois. I will note that I am not impressed with the corporate side (the ones who own the complex).

Staff is fantastic. They go above and beyond. Maintenance is the best I have experienced in the past 9 years of apartment living. The community is just that... a community and not an apartment complex. The amenities are superb. Why would you not want to live here???

Parkway Lakeside is hands down one of the best luxury apartment complexes between the St. Louis and Illinois area. Customer service is always helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help you with any issues you may have. The complex itself is just head and shoulders above anything in the area. There is always some sort of event going on through-out the month so, they present with the chance to meet and great with your fellow neighbors which is a plus. Overall my time at Lakeside has been pretty awesome, no complaints over here!!

It is a feeling of community and a complex that cares about their residents. They offer wonderful amenities and provide a calendar of events suited for everyone to attend. I enjoy knowing that I have people around that care and provide quick feedback on any maintenance issues. It is an enjoyable place to live where I feel safe and part of a friendly atmosphere.

Very nice. The pool and clubhouse are wonderful. The staff and maintenance is accommodating and there are frequent events that are very well planned. Most tenants are from the air force and it is a very quiet and safe place. We moved there because it was so dog friendly. It is the perfect location - close to everything but still a little rural (hear coyotes at night). After owning a home though, it is a little difficult to adapt to apt. living (e.g., seems to be frequent apt. checks and lacking in storage). The biggest problem is parking - although everyone gets one parking place (if you don't have a garage), sometimes you have to park pretty far for the 2nd parking place.

It is a great experience. Provides a home style environment and at the same time, provide amenities not available if you were to rent a home. The staff is friendly and courteous. I enjoy the privacy I didnt expect to find in apartment living and at the same time, you have a community feel. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great place to live.

I am always trying to recruit people to live here. The only reason people don't sign up is because the units are a tad pricey, but I always try and reassure them that the old saying "you get what you pay for" rings true. You guys take care of everything we need!
